Dubois is a town in Fremont County, Wyoming. The population was 971 at the 2010 census, although it nearly doubles in the summer with many part-time residents.

Dubois is located at 43°32′9″N109°38′9″W. The Wind River runs through the town.

As of the census of 2010, there were 971 people, 507 households, and 256 families residing in the town. The population density was 283.9 inhabitants per square mile. There were 625 housing units at an average density of 182.7 per square mile. The racial makeup of the town was 95.8% White, 0.4% African American, 0.9% Native American, 1.2% Asian, 0.2% from other races, and 1.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.4% of the population.
