Kris is a police officer with more than 15 years of experience, and is also a retired Army Captain and Company Commander. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. He also has certifications in a number of specialties, such as:

Roanoke is an independent city in the U.S. state of Virginia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 97,032. It is located in the Roanoke Valley of the Roanoke Region of Virginia.

The racial makeup of the city was 69.38% White, 26.74% African American, 0.20% Native American, 1.15% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.72% from other races, and 1.78% from two or more races.
