Kris is a police officer with more than 15 years of experience, and is also a retired Army Captain and Company Commander. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. He also has certifications in a number of specialties, such as:

New Haven was founded in 1638 by English Puritans, and a year later eight streets were laid out in a four-by-four grid, creating what is commonly known as the "Nine Square Plan". Bush, the 43rd President of the United States.
New Haven had the first public tree planting program in America, producing a canopy of mature trees that gave New Haven the nickname "The Elm City".
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 20.1 square miles, of which 18.7 square miles is land and 1.4 square miles, or 6.67%, is water.
